REQUIRED QUALIFICATION(S)
TEACHING POSITIONS
Biology A-level
Candidates must possess a B.Ed., B.Sc. (Ed.) or B.Sc. with PGDE in Biology, Botany, Biochemistry and Zoology. Possession of a Master’s Degree in Biology, and at least one (1) year cognate teaching experience as an A/level tutor from a reputable school or centre would be required. They must also be registered with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN).
Agricultural Science
Candidates must possess a B.Ed., B.Sc. (Ed.), or B.Sc. with PGDE in the relevant subject from a recognised University and at least three (3) years cognate experience. They must also be registered with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN).
NON-TEACHING POSITIONS
House Parent
Candidates must possess a minimum of OND/NCE in Home Management or other related Discipline with not less than six (6) years experience in the management of teenagers. He must not be less than 40 years and must be married.
Laboratory Attendants
Candidates must possess a Senior Secondary School (SSS) Certificate with credits in two (2) Science subjects and at least three (3) years relevant experience.
Security Officer
Candidates must possess a Junior Secondary School (JSS) Certificate or Senior Secondary School (SSS) Certificate with three (3) years relevant experience, or be an Ex-Police Constable with at least S. 75.
REMUNERATION
As obtained in the existing school salary structure, i.e. ISISSIX as follows:
Tutor IV ISISSIX Level 7 step 3, i.e. N799,072 X N27,843 – N1,188,866 per annum.
Houseparent ISISSIX Level 7 step 3, i.e. N799,072 X N27,843 – N1,188,866 per annum
Security Officer II ISISSIX Level 3 step 3, i.e. N323,908 X N13,271 – N509,702 per annum.
Laboratory Attendant ISISSIX Level 3 step 3, i.e. N323,908 X N13,271 – N509,702 per annum.
